☑️ Tuesday - How to Add Welding Automation to Your Business
Welding automation doesn‘t eliminate the human element or intelligence, and the process doesn‘t need to threaten the welder workforce. This panel will discuss the mystery of automation, how the implementation of welding automation constantly evolves, and how humans and robots can work together to create an adaptive welding process.

☑️ Wednesday - Questions You've Always Wanted to Ask About Your CWI
Our panel of CWIs are here to answer the questions to your burning questions—even if you’ve been afraid to ask them before. From tips on tricky Standards/Codes to what skills welding inspectors need to be successful, our knowledgeable CWIs will answer your technical and personal questions.

☑️ Thursday - The Benefits of Welding Competitions
Our expert panelists, including welding instructors, Worldskills Committee members, and renounced competitors, are breaking down how welding competitions are an effective tool for networking between educators, the industry, and the community. They‘re also diving into how these competitions bring awareness to the skilled trades, build confidence, and create an advantage over real-world competition.
